Hotel equipped with self-checkin systems, and security. At the reception you will not be attended by any receptionist, everything is processed by telephone and in Spanish. Once the reservation is made, the auto-ckeckin machine will assist you in the language you request.

Children under 10 years of age are not allowed.
All invoices must be requested from the email hotel@hotelartxanda.com. The deadline for issuing invoices is from 48 to 72 hours. If the invoice has to go to the name of the company, the data must be provided to the email indicated above. Otherwise, the default system invoices in the name of the client who makes the reservation. Modifications in billing data will only be made within 7 days after the ckeck-out.

Due to the new Ticketbai regulations in the Basque Country, invoices must be requested within one week of check-in (indicating the correct billing information) since once made they are automatically presented to the Treasury, preventing them from being modified.

The direction.
In case of damages or defects, they will be collected as well as the corresponding rates of the rooms on those dates in which they cannot be available, processing the pertinent complaint to the corresponding authorities.
No smoking
Smoking is totally prohibited in the establishment, both in closed common areas and in the rooms.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace at the entrance of the hotel next to reception, (they have ashtrays).
